You may close your betfred account at any time by contacting betfred support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination. Sections 8, 10, 11, and 13 of these Terms survive termination.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through betfred's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
